The Borderland was an area of space between the Klingon Empire and the Orion Syndicate and was notorious for attracting the most dangerous ships. The Orion Interceptor Starships were used by the Syndicate to attack the passing-by ships and abduct potential slaves for sale. They were constructed in a sleek, hawk-like configuration transforming the fleet into a flock of birds of prey.
This model has been meticulously crafted in die-cast to capture the sleek shape of the starship with green-hued plating. The ship design points at a crossover of the Klingon Empire and Romulan Star Empire ships. The model was carefully hand-painted with the tip of the beak and wings marked in red that further emphasized the bird-like design of the ship.
